Couples Counseling

Navigating relationships can be like sailing the sea: Some days there is calm water and smooth sailing, and on some days storms whip you every which way.

At Help Your Mind Counseling in Austin, TX we specialize in helping couples navigate the sometimes stormy waters of relationships.  We believe in helping relationships become stronger with a greater sense of connectedness using the Gottman and Passionate Marriage approach along with Solution Focused and Self Relations therapies.
