Having a mother with Borderline Personality Disorder, I’ve had to move through my own trials and heal many of my own wounds. I’ve learned how to hold my own pain and find joy after the pain. I am now here to stay with you in your pain and discomfort until you’re through the other side.
My own journey through PTSD was like walking with a bucket of ice-water on my head. Known and unknown triggers would come along, throwing me off balance and splashing icy cold pain, anger, and hurt over me and anyone around me. Through my own work, education and training, I’ve learned how to heal my inner children, find playfulness and trust, and be kinder to myself. Now I am excited to teach these gifts to you.
